Sharon Forder, MCIM

Sharon has over 20 years Strategic Marketing, Communications and Business Development experience. Her expertise spans small, medium and large corporations across a variety of industries. She has worked on International projects within UK, Europe, America and Asia. Sharon has the ability to balance short-term activities with the long-term strategic objectives, breaking down internal barriers to achieve strategic outcomes. Her ability to quickly understand and relate to core business, its people and 'DNA' enables her to align solutions and teams with business objectives to deliver sustainable competitive advantage.

Sharon has a black belt in martial arts which ensures happy clients and motivated teams.

Bruce Korican, ACA

After 10 years as a Chartered Accountant, Bruce developed his business career within Corporate Retail. He spent over 15 years in senior management positions in Finance and Supply Chain Management at B&Q and Woolworths. Bruce’s emphasis is in applying his financial background to commercial and operational challenges delivering solutions that add value and profit. Bruce is also a skilled project manager having led many successful business initiatives and systems implementations throughout his career, including implementation of NetSuite and SAP Financials.

Bruce is passionate about health and fitness. In his spare time he is an enthusiastic triathlete.

Mal Reid, B.Bus-Mkt,Ecom

Over the past 20 years, Mal has incorporated business and marketing management across Asia, UK, and Africa . His recent focus has been on the development of strategic partner relationships within on-demand (SaaS) environments. Mal’s emphasis is in identifying business gaps and enabling the right people with sustainable skills to fulfill the business’ strategic objectives, instilling confidence, motivating, and improving team work. Mal has implemented sales and business enablement projects for organisations including NetSuite, British Telecom, Cap Gemini, Meeza IT, Dangote Group, and Brennan IT.

With his Antipodean background, letting Mal loose with your people is guaranteed to draw the best from them.

Jules Varnham

With over 20 years consulting, training, project and team management, Jules has unrivalled skills in CRM, ERP and on-demand SaaS applications. Her roles as a Practice Manager and Consultant within a variety of technology solution providers have seen her deliver hundreds of successful implementations for corporate and medium sized companies across Europe. Jules is PRINCE2 qualified with a Diploma in Executive Coaching, providing her with a solid platform to manage business and project risk more effectively, guiding stakeholders through change with sustainable results. Jules has worked with PeopleSoft applications, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Tetra, and QuickBooks.

Jules combines professional project management and consultancy with her role as a “Super Mum".
